“I heard about Response Robot from Jay at a conference and it immediately struck me as an innovative idea!

When people enter our clinic they are greeted by a person with a warm ‘hello’ and a smile so it seemed like a great idea to have visitors welcomed to our website with a ‘hello’ from our virtual team member “Maria” too. 

However, what I have been even more impressed by is the high level of engagement that we have achieved with clients using the virtual assistant.

I thought that our website already delivered a good number of enquiries but I have been totally amazed at how many more we now receive thanks to the Response Robot – we have in fact doubled our website enquiries because of “Maria”! 

I can say that without any doubt, the investment in this facility is the best website investment we have made in our 15 years in business.Thank you Jay – and thank you “Maria”
